WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If there are any issues with your order please contact us so we can try and resolve them as soon as possible.

If you no longer want an item then please return it unworn/unused within 14 days of the delivery date.  A full refund will be issued once received, minus shipping costs.

Please note custom orders are non-refundable unless supplied with errors or damaged in transit.

HOW QUICKLY DO ORDERS GET SENT OUT?

UK orders will be sent by recorded delivery if over £15. £15 and under will be sent royal mail 1st class.   Any orders outside of the UK will be sent by International delivery.

If orders are already pre-made they will be sent out within 3 business days. For all custom orders and those which are not pre-made will be sent within 10 business days.

HOW LONG DOES A CUSTOM ORDER TAKE?

It all depends on the item and how busy the shop is, but all custom orders will be made and sent out within 10 business days unless otherwise notified.
