Shipping Methods

UK orders will be sent by recorded delivery if over £15. If under £15 then orders will be sent out by Royal Mail First Class. There is currently no postage available outside of the UK.

If orders are already pre-made they will be sent out within 3 business days. For all custom orders and those which are not pre-made will be sent within 10 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

If there are any issues with your order please contact us so we can try and resolve them as soon as possible.

If you no longer want an item then please return it unworn/unused within 14 days of the delivery date. A full refund will be issued once received, minus shipping costs.

Please note custom orders are non-refundable unless supplied with errors or damaged in transit.
